Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

Refunds are not available for normal wear and tear, minor variations in color or finish, or issues resulting from incorrect sizing selection.

Because Oh Balls operates on a limited pre-order production model, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Oh Balls reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
