All Oh Balls merchandise is offered as part of a pre-order release.

Orders are collected during the designated pre-order window. Production does not begin until the pre-order window has closed. The length of the pre-order window may vary by release.

Once the pre-order window closes, we place the order into production. After inventory is received, fulfillment begins. Estimated handling time is 5–7 business days from the start of fulfillment. Handling time refers to the time required to pack and ship orders and does not include transit time.

Because production begins after the pre-order window closes, customers should expect their order to ship approximately 2–4 weeks after the window closes.

Orders are shipped using tracked shipping services. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Transit times vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Oh Balls is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing their purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
